Ning Chi's Spicy Hot Pot Recipes: A Deliciously Satisfying Meal
Sichuan Spicy Hot Pot Noodle Soup
1/2 cup of Ning Chi Spicy Hot Pot Sauce
3 cups of water or broth of your choice
1/4 tbsp of butter
1 pack of noodle
Thinly sliced meat and vegetable of your choice
Tips: mushroom, baby corn, broccoli, meatball are great options as add-ons. Avoid leafy greens as it will soak up oil and make it too spicy to eat
1.Bring water and butter to boil, then add the Hot Pot Sauce (more if you prefer spicier level). Boil for 5 minutes
2. Add noodle and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Adjust spicy level by adding more broth or sauce.

Ning Chi Sichuan Meatball
Meatballs are great add-ons in hot pot. These are not your ordinary meatballs!
1 lb. of ground pork
4 stems of chopped green onion
3 tbsp. of minced onion
1/2 cup of yellow sweet corn
1 egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp. mirin
1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. of tapioca flour
Dash of sugar, salt, black pepper and white pepper to taste
1.Prepare by chopping the green onion and mincing the onion then set aside.
2.Combine all remaining ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Form into balls.
3.Deep fry the meatballs until golden. Use them in hot pot or any other dish, enjoy!

1. Prepare by defrosting the package in your refrigerator 12 hours or in room temperature 4-6 hours before desired meal time.
2. Open the package and pour the soup into a pot.
3. Bring to a boil with high-medium heat and add your desired ingredients such as cabbage, fish balls, sliced meat, tofu, ramen noodle...etc.
